We offer customers the full-service in mold building solution, prototype tooling, and provide support during both sampling and production start up.
- Our engineering department is supported by software 3-D CAD, 3-D Solid Work, 3-D UG and CATIA, CAD/CAM in designing and building from conventional molds to most intricate molds for customers.
- We organize the mold building based on customer drawings which are considered the desired mold life and the molded product precision. We also develop a mold on a concept of molded product that is conceived in customers' mind.
- Our molds tooling machines and equipment cover the top-ranking from Sweden, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. The molds we build can reach high precision and excellent quality.
The molds we design and build are applied in injection of materials of bakelite, resin, rubber, silicon rubber, and various plastics, as well as in casting or stamping of metals like aluminium, zinc alloy, plate, etc.
- The molds are for supplying components to the houseware, appliances, toys, conveyances, communications, medical and health care industries, as well as food and beverage industries. The lead free mold is available for molding products in food grades.
- The mold sizes are from smaller to 3,000mm x 2,500mm x 1,800mm. The molded product size in length is from less than 10mm to 2,400mm.
- The secondary operations ranging from heat treatment to ultrasonic welding for mold parts are supported.
- We have 36 pression molding machines ranged from 50T, 280T, 1600T to 2800T for molds trial reviewing, as well as products molding if it is requested. The molded products plating and printing in the dust-free workshop are available.
- We persevere in different level training courses and education for our employees to come into being vogue of studying, enterprising, respecting work, and enhancing the consciousness of mold quality assurance, standard tooling processes, quality control, preventative and corrective maintenance.
- We grease the finished mold surface is and wrap the mold and accessories with PE pellicle. The mold and all neccessories covering mold drawing are well packed in disinfected wood box.
- For protecting the sensitive design of custom, we can sign non-disclosure agrrement with customer and keep any copies of mold or molded products prohibited.
